The RX-A2A is really a rebadged RX-V6A.

The RX-A4A weighs 13lbs more than the RX-A2A due to better components.

The downside to the A2A is that if you want to do anything gaming wise (Xbox Series X/PS5) and do 4k 120hz with HDR the A2A can’t do it, the HDMI 2.1 chip is limited to 24GBPS. The most you can do is 4k 120hz but no HDR.

You stated above "The RX-A2A has 7.2 channels, while the RX-A4A has 7.2 channels. This means that the RX-A4A is able to support more complex and immersive audio setups, making it a better choice for those who want the most advanced home theater setup possible. Your statement shows no difference. Are you speaking about correct receivers?.
