These terms & conditions (together with the documents referred to in the terms) apply to any orders for products placed on this website, and to your use of the website. Please read them before using this website and placing an order.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser (person who has purchased the product directly from www.prohifi.in and is not transferable.
ProHiFi will not undertake responsibility for product malfunction or non-operation caused by use of poor quality media, unstable power supply, earthing problems, electrical discharge of other products or on account of wrongful product software/firmware up-gradation undertaken by the Purchaser.
The warranty only covers the actual product functionality and does not include aesthetic/external elements such as cover plastics, glassware, accessories, outer-casing, connectors, antenna wires, cables and consumables. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.
All items sold on ProHiFi includes a manufacturer's Warranty. The time span for items are valid under manufacturer Warranty Terms.
At ProHiFi, we are committed to ensure that you have a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. You may have received a dead-on-arrival or malfunctioning product; you can ask for an exchange or refund for the former and only an exchange for the Latter. Returns should be made within 7 Days of your Purchase. (For example, if you receive your product on 1st Dec, the last day to return your product is 7th of December). The product should be in original condition, undamaged Packing. Any Item(s) being returned should also be returned with all accessories; and manuals that may have been bundled with the main Product. The product should be accompanied by original sales invoice along with the returning Item(s). In case of returns, please mail us the product details along with your order reference number and return reason along with pictures of Items.
ProHiFi Reserves the rights to deduct handling charges from the product being returned and process your refunds in case of product is physically damaged and Malfunctioning.
CUSTOMER SHOULD BE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND ABOVE
The User acknowledges and certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian to order or to make payment for purchases on website

IN CASE OF ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Request for cancellations of orders once placed on https://prohifii.in or mail us at: email@example.com. Mails shall be entertained only if your order hasn't already been shipped/ despatched.
DELAY OR NON-DELIVERY
In the event of a non-delivery or late delivery due to error by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost/charges spent by ProHiFi for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User that placed the Order.
RIGHT TO CANCEL & INCORRECT PRICING
ProHiFi India reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that's listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be no matter whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. the precise payment of the amount paid shall be refunded and therefore the User shall be told of an equivalent.
You must send all notices to the contact details on our website. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provided to us when making a Purchase with Us.
We, at ProHiFi, have endeavored to supply you with the newest and most accurate product information. However, we aren't liable for any discrepancies within the product(s) listed and therefore the product(s) delivered.
We also are not liable for delays in delivering orders through our website. For any complaints regarding the merchandise , you'll directly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India. The Courts in Palghar / Thane / Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
THIRD PARTY FRAUDS
ProHiFi India will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to utilize a card fraudulently will be on the utilizer and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the utilizer. The Utilizer must exclusively utilize his/her own card on the website.
ProHiFi will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any location/city, where "Private Courier Companies" (eg. Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, BLUE DART, etc) were used to service your Area Postcode.
