At ProHiFi, we are committed to ensuring that you have a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. You may have received a Dead on Arrival or Malfunctioning product. You can ask for an exchange or refund for the former and only an exchange for the latter.

  1. Within how many days can most items shipped from ProHiFi be returned?

Most items shipped from ProHiFi can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. However, certain products sold on ProHiFi may have different policies that govern their return.

When you shop on our website, we ensure that you have a smooth and easy return experience. Our convenient returns service is provided free of cost. In the case of Refunds, we credit the entire amount that you have spent to your bank account.

  1. When are returns not possible?

There are certain conditions in which returns are not possible by ProHiFi. These are when:
