Dual TCP Woofers Borrowing technology from Klipsch's Reference Premiere line, the R-50C offers spun-copper thermoformed crystalline polymer (TCP) for both 5.25" woofers. This aligns the cones at a steeper angle for better accuracy and transparency, along with smoother response. This is in addition to ribbing being added for better rigidity that ultimately results in less cone breakup at higher frequencies.
Solid and Sleek Construction The smooth and sleek black textured wood grain vinyl exterior is supported by a solid, reinforced 3/4" MDF with updated bracing. This robust construction helps to reduces vibration. Not only is the frame durable, even the vinyl exterior is also scratch-resistant.
