The Rotel RA-1592MKII is a Class AB integrated amplifier delivering 200 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 350 watts into 4 ohms. An in-house manufactured toroidal transformer feeds an array of slit-foil capacitors, giving the amplifier the reserve current for rich, controlled bass energy, backed by a damping factor of 600.
A 32-bit/384 kHz DAC handles digital conversion for coaxial and optical inputs and PC-USB, the latter supporting MQA decoding, while a moving magnet phono stage covers vinyl and aptX and AAC Bluetooth covers wireless sources. Selectable A-B speaker outputs, RS232, Ethernet and 12V triggers make the RA-1592MKII straightforward to integrate with control systems.
