The Rotel S14 is an integrated network streamer combining an 80 watt per channel Class AB amplifier with a full-featured streaming platform. Hi-resolution audio and MQA playback from TIDAL and Qobuz are handled by a 32-bit ESS DAC, and the S14 also supports AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Spotify Connect and Roon, so it works with whichever streaming ecosystem the household already uses.
A front panel colour display shows album artwork, track and title information, and the S14 connects over hard-wired Ethernet or dual-band Wi-Fi. Coaxial, optical, analogue, PC-USB and aptX HD Bluetooth inputs round out connectivity for external sources, and USB flash playback covers MP3, WMA and AAC files directly.
