The SVS Ultra Evolution Center is the dedicated centre channel of SVS's flagship Ultra Evolution range, sold as a single speaker. It is a genuine three-way design, unusual for a centre, with a 1 inch diamond-coated aluminium dome tweeter, a 4.5 inch glass-fibre midrange driver, and two 6.5 inch glass-fibre woofers in a time-aligned, rear-ported cabinet. Giving the midrange its own dedicated driver rather than leaving it to the woofers is what keeps dialogue clear and natural, which is exactly what a centre channel exists to do.

It is voiced to match the Ultra Evolution towers and bookshelves, so the sound stays tonally seamless as effects pan across the front of the room. The same engineering runs through it: the diamond-coated tweeter for airy, detailed highs, a curved time-aligned baffle so each driver's output reaches you together, and a separate internal chamber for the midrange to keep it free of the woofers' pressure. A dedicated three-way crossover with a vertical tweeter and midrange array holds dialogue clear and intelligible whether you sit dead centre or off to the side. It comes in piano gloss black, piano gloss white, or a black ash woodgrain finish to match the rest of the range.
